This blog will be for serious (mostly) discussions about any storm that's about to effect the east coast.
Well, let's get started!
It looks like the next chance for any real storm is going to be this thursday, and mosty for NY/New England at that. Hopefully I can figure out how to create an accumulation map.
For now, the question is- what about that coastal, and will there even be a coastal storm? (the models have the primary pretty far inland). It does look like the jet streams are currently somewhat split, but that they will partially phase with each system that goes east.
I do have fairly high hopes for thursday, since the NAO is diving ahead of schedule.
